Adult Ministry

Life-long growth is the heart of our adult ministries.  Fellowship, accountability, and encouragement are its lifeblood.  In short, we seek a relationship with God and one another that is present and mature, not just nostalgic and child-like.

 Co-ed:

Thursday afternoon Bible Study: 1:30pm at Joy.  Come for coffee, Bible study, and fellowship.

Tuesday Evening Bible Study:  7:00pm – 8:00pm at Joy.

For Women:

Prescott Area Food Shelf: We support the food shelf by asking for donations each time you may attend a women’s event.  

Prayer Ministry: Joy provides a prayer chain to offer prayer support when requested. Please call the church office at 262-5800 for more information or to start a prayer.

Love Circle: A women’s bible study taken from the Lutheran Women Today.  1:30pm on the 2^nd Tuesday of each month at Joy.

Women of Joy: Includes all women of Joy who meet on the 1^st Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm for coffee, fellowship, and a program. There are also some special events throughout the year.

For Men:

Breakfast Bible Study:  all men are invited to gather for breakfast and Bible study on Tuesdays at 6:00am.  Check with the church office for correct location.

Men’s Work Group:  all men are invited to come on Saturday mornings at 7:30am to work on projects at the church.  Fixing chairs, building displays, etc.
